Terms of Use

Effective 28 June 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the HDRI Studio app. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use HDRI Studio on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). You may use the panoramas you create for any lawful purpose, including commercial work.

Your content

You are responsible for the photos you capture and the surroundings you record. Do not use the app to capture content you have no right to record, or in places where photography is prohibited. You retain all rights to the HDRIs you create.

Processing server

HDRI Studio stitches your captures on the server shown in Settings. The default hosted server is provided for convenience and may change, pause, or become unavailable. If you point the app at your own server, you are responsible for that server and for any data you send to it.

Purchases and subscriptions

Processing quota is sold through Apple’s in-app purchase system. A Process Credit is a one-time consumable purchase for hosted-server panorama processing and does not renew. Pro is an auto-renewable monthly subscription that unlocks the processing quota shown in the app. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation, the subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in your App Store account. Capturing, local Library access, previewing, and viewing already downloaded EXRs do not require a subscription.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app, and do not use it to break any law. We may stop providing the app or any feature at any time.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Stitching results depend on how a scene is captured and on the server used, and we do not warrant that any particular panorama, exposure, or geometry will be accurate or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HDRI Studio and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or captures, arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves; the effective date above changes when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
